📦 Yak & Brew Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Yak&Brew. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your DIY Tongba kits and accessories.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are actively working toward expanding globally.


Shipping Timeline

Preorders

If your item is marked as a preorder, the estimated ship date will be clearly shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.


We will email your tracking information as soon as your order is packed and ready to ship.


In-Stock Items

Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed.


Shipping Costs

Flat rate shipping is $6.95 per order.


We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.


Carriers & Tracking

We ship using UPS.


Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Delays & Exceptions

Yak&Brew is a small batch company, and during periods of high demand, slight delays may occasionally occur due to supply or fulfillment volume.


If anything affects your shipment timeline, we will always keep you informed.


Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the correct details.

Re-shipping fees may apply in these cases.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an item is marked as delivered by the carrier, Yak&Brew is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


That said, if your package goes missing, please reach out and we will do everything we can to help you track it down or file a claim with the carrier.
