Yak&Brew Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Yak&Brew. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your DIY Tongba and Chhaang kits and accessories.

Where We Ship

We ship from Raleigh, NC to all 50 U.S. states and to 27 international destinations: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

Shipping Costs

United States: Standard shipping is $6.99 on orders under $45. Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $45 and up. Express shipping is $15.

International: shipping is a flat rate paid by the buyer, based on destination: Canada $34; Europe $49 (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom); Asia-Pacific and Middle East $55 (Australia, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, and the United Arab Emirates). Free shipping does not apply to international orders. Duties and taxes for international orders may apply on delivery, depending on the destination country.

Shipping Timeline

Preorders

If your item is marked as a preorder, the estimated ship date will be clearly shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. We will email your tracking information as soon as your order is packed and ready to ship.

In-Stock Items

Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships.

International transit after dispatch: Canada 6 to 14 business days; Europe 7 to 21 business days; Asia-Pacific and Middle East 10 to 21 business days.

Delays and Exceptions

Yak&Brew is a small business, and during periods of high demand, slight delays may occasionally occur due to supply or fulfillment volume. If anything affects your shipment timeline, we will always keep you informed.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the correct details. Re-shipping fees may apply in these cases.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an item is marked as delivered by the carrier, Yak&Brew is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. That said, if your package goes missing, please reach out and we will do everything we can to help you track it down or file a claim with the carrier.
