Chhaang Refill Pack

Brew another batch with the gear you already have. The Refill Pack restocks the consumables from your Chhaang DIY Kit, the grain blend and the starter. Your Pipsing and cotton bag are made to be reused, batch after batch.

What's in the box

• 1 lb red finger millet and 1 lb short grain sushi rice (uncooked)
• Yeast starter, 1.6 oz (45 g), in your choice of strain below

Choose your starter

• Murcha Style: the traditional, slow fermenting culture. Tangy and lightly sweet, with notes of red apple and stone fruit and a gentle natural fizz.
• Easy Everest Edition: a faster acting culture. Clean and lightly sweet with citrus notes and a bright, crisp finish, and forgiving in warmer conditions.

How it works

Cook the grain blend, mix in the starter, and let it ferment for a few days. Scoop the fermented grains into the cotton straining bag, submerge it in warm water, and gently squeeze. Pour and sip, then repeat. Enjoy Chhaang chilled for a crisp finish, or at room temperature.
