What's in the box

• Each kit has 2 lbs red finger millet (uncooked), a yeast starter of 1.6 oz (45 g), 1 traditional aluminum straw (Pipsing), 1 reusable organic cotton bag (14 x 12 in) for fermenting and straining, and step by step brewing guidance

Pick two kits of one style, or one of each and compare the brews.

How it works

Cook the millet, mix in the starter, and let it ferment. Pack the fermented millet into a Tongba vessel, pour hot water over it, wait a few minutes, and sip through the Pipsing. Top up with hot water and repeat, 3 to 5 rounds from a single batch.
