Tongba Refill Pack

Brew another batch with the gear you already have. The Refill Pack restocks the consumables from your Tongba DIY Kit, the grain and the starter. Your vessel, Pipsing, and cotton bag are made to be reused, batch after batch.

What's in the box

• 2 lbs red finger millet (uncooked)
• Yeast starter, 1.6 oz (45 g), in your choice of strain below

Choose your starter

• Murcha Style: the traditional choice, tangy and full of heritage flavor.
• Easy Everest Edition: clean, crisp, and smooth.

How it works

Cook the millet, mix in the starter, and let it ferment. Pack the fermented millet into your Tongba vessel, pour hot water over it, wait a few minutes, and sip through the Pipsing. Top up with hot water and repeat, 3 to 5 rounds from a single batch.
