Products: Our DIY Kits, including Tongba Kits and future offerings, contain ingredients and instructions for home fermentation or preparation. Products do not include alcohol.

Shipping: We ship within the United States. Shipping costs and times vary by location and will be clearly shown during checkout.

Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened, unused DIY kits. Customers must cover return shipping.  Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection.
