2). Products and Intended Use

Yak&Brew sells DIY brewing kits and related accessories. Our kits include dry ingredients and instructions for home fermentation and preparation.

Yak&Brew kits do not contain or ship alcohol. Any fermentation occurs at home and is initiated and controlled by the customer. Kits are intended for personal, educational, and cultural use.

3). Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to purchase from Yak&Brew. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4). Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5). Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

6). Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unopened and unused kits within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned items. Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible.

7). Safety, Assumption of Risk, and Limitation of Liability

Using fermentation kits involves food handling and fermentation conditions that vary by home environment. You are responsible for preparation, handling, and consumption, including checking allergies and dietary restrictions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yak&Brew is not liable for:

• Health or allergic reactions related to kit use
• Improper brewing, misuse, or third-party handling
• Losses resulting from use of this website or reliance on its information

Use of our DIY fermentation kits is at your own risk.

8). Intellectual Property

All content on yakandbrew.com (including images, branding, logos, packaging, product names, and brewing instructions) is the property of Yak&Brew and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.

9). Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
